1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
2. Delivery Option
We offer Standard Delivery via Evri to all UK addresses.

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Evri tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery at www.evri.com.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, please first check your tracking information. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact us at merchandise@restorebritain.org.uk with your order number and we will investigate with Evri on your behalf.
Please be aware that once a parcel has been dispatched and handed to Evri, delivery timescales are outside of our direct control.
6. Failed Deliveries
If Evri is unable to deliver your parcel (for example, due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt), they will attempt to leave the item with a neighbour or in a safe place, and will leave a notification card. If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A further shipping charge may apply.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
