1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our shop.

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including a valid UK delivery address and payment details.

A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been sent.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where goods are out of stock, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund promptly.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display but may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you complete your order.

4.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and form part of the total amount due.

4.3 Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and sizing information are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Restore Britain Shop, including the Restore Britain name, logo, trade marks, text, images, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Restore Britain Limited or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Our Liability

9.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
